Terma & Syarat MSK8 — Panduan Lengkap untuk Ahli Malaysia

1 Acceptance of Terms

Terma & Syarat MSK8 ini ("Terma") merupakan perjanjian yang mengikat antara anda ("Ahli" atau "Pengguna") dan MSK8 ("Platform", "kami"). Dokumen ini mengawal semua aspek penggunaan platform MSK8, termasuk pendaftaran akaun, deposit, pengeluaran, penggunaan bonus dan penyertaan dalam semua jenis permainan yang ditawarkan.

By clicking "Register", "Log In", or by continuing to use any part of the MSK8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to all the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. Acceptance of these terms is binding in its entirety and cannot be accepted partially.

MSK8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified via an in-platform notice or their registered email address. Continued use of the MSK8 platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the MSK8 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Berumur sekurang-kurangnya 18 years old pada tarikh pendaftaran. MSK8 tidak membenarkan sebarang penggunaan oleh individu di bawah umur 18 tahun dalam apa jua keadaan.
• Must be an individual who is residing in or present in Malaysia when using the msk8 platform.
• Mempunyai kapasiti undang-undang yang sah untuk memasuki perjanjian yang mengikat ini mengikut undang-undang Malaysia.
• Tidak pernah ditangguhkan atau diharamkan daripada platform MSK8 sebelum ini atas sebarang sebab.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity during the registration process.

MSK8 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

3 Pendaftaran Akaun

Setiap individu hanya dibenarkan mempunyai satu (1) akaun MSK8 only. Ownership of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of accumulated balances and bonuses.

When registering, you must ensure that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. The required information includes your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. MSK8 reserves the right to verify the authenticity of this information at any time.

You are solely responsible for keeping your MSK8 account password confidential. MSK8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's own disclosure of their password to a third party. 4 Deposit & Pembayaran

MSK8 menerima deposit melalui kaedah pembayaran Malaysia yang berikut:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow
• FPX — including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank

Deposit minimum adalah RM 10 bagi setiap transaksi. Had deposit maksimum bergantung kepada kaedah pembayaran yang dipilih dan status keahlian anda. Semua deposit diproses dalam mata wang Ringgit Malaysia (RM) sahaja.

Semua deposit yang berjaya akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun MSK8 anda dalam masa 60 saat selepas pengesahan pembayaran diterima. Sekiranya deposit tidak dikreditkan dalam tempoh 10 minit, sila hubungi khidmat pelanggan MSK8 dengan menyertakan bukti pembayaran untuk semakan segera.

MSK8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are beyond MSK8's control. You are advised to review your payment provider's terms before making a deposit.

5 Fund Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your MSK8 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 bagi setiap permintaan.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the first or largest deposit made to the account.
• Ahli mesti telah menyelesaikan proses pengesahan identiti (KYC) sebelum permintaan pengeluaran pertama boleh diproses.
• Any active bonus in the account must fully meet the wagering requirements before the related funds can be withdrawn.

MSK8 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes after approval. However, in certain cases where additional security checks are required, this process may take up to 24 hours. MSK8 reserves the right to request further supporting documents for verification purposes prior to approving high-value withdrawals.

Where fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected, MSK8 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until an internal investigation is completed. MSK8's decision in such matters is final.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

MSK8 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to its members, including a Welcome Bonus of up to RM 888, re-deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and special promotions tied to football seasons or specific events. All msk8 bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that are specifically set for each offer.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the designated time frame. Any bonus that fails to meet the conditions within the stipulated period will expire automatically.
• MSK8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Penyalahgunaan sistem bonus, termasuk pembukaan berbilang akaun untuk menuntut bonus yang sama, akan mengakibatkan pembatalan semua bonus dan penutupan akaun yang terlibat.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and hold no cash value unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

7 Peraturan Permainan

MSK8 offers a wide range of game categories, including slots, Sports Betting, Live Casino, lottery, e-sports and sports. Each category has its own specific rules that all members are required to follow.

• Slots: Semua permainan slot MSK8 menggunakan Penjana Nombor Rawak (RNG) yang diperakui bebas untuk memastikan keadilan setiap putaran. Keputusan setiap permainan adalah muktamad dan tidak boleh dipertikaikan selepas pusingan selesai.
• Football & Sports Betting: Taruhan yang telah disahkan tidak boleh dibatalkan. MSK8 berhak untuk membatalkan atau mengubah suai taruhan dalam situasi luar biasa seperti gangguan teknikal atau maklumat odds yang salah akibat kesilapan sistem.
• Live Casino: Results of Live Casino games operated by a real dealer are final. Any internet connection disruption during gameplay is entirely the member's responsibility.
• Lottery: Purchased lottery tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Lottery winnings will be automatically credited to the member's MSK8 account within 24 hours of the official results being announced.

MSK8 reserves the right to void or cancel any game or bet in the event of a technical error, system disruption, or force majeure. In such cases, stakes will be fully refunded to the member's account with no interest.

8 Prohibitions & Restrictions

Aktiviti-aktiviti berikut adalah dilarang sama sekali di platform MSK8 dan boleh mengakibatkan tindakan segera termasuk penangguhan atau penutupan akaun:

• Using bots, automation software, scripts, or any non-human technology to access or interact with the MSK8 platform.
• Coordinating across multiple accounts to manipulate bonuses, exploit odds arbitrage, or engage in any form of fraud that harms MSK8 or other members.
• Membuka akaun menggunakan identiti palsu atau maklumat peribadi orang lain tanpa kebenaran mereka.
• Any activity that violates Malaysian law or is intended to circumvent anti-money laundering (AML) controls.
• Exploiting any technical bugs, system errors, or odds mistakes for unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
• The sale, transfer, or exchange of MSK8 accounts to any third party in any form whatsoever.

9 Penangguhan & Penutupan Akaun

MSK8 berhak untuk menangguhkan atau menutup akaun mana-mana ahli pada bila-bila masa dan atas sebab-sebab berikut:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify your identity or account information when requested within the stipulated timeframe.
• Syak wasangka penipuan, pengubahan wang haram atau aktiviti haram lain.
• Permintaan jeda diri atau pengecualian diri (self-exclusion) oleh ahli sendiri melalui ciri permainan bertanggungjawab.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months with no deposit or gaming activity.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting MSK8 customer support via Live Chat or email at support@msk8.my. Valid cash balances (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days of account closure confirmation.

10 Responsible Gaming

MSK8 adalah penyokong kuat permainan bertanggungjawab dan berkomitmen untuk memastikan pengalaman bermain yang selamat dan terkawal bagi semua ahli Malaysia. Kami menyediakan pelbagai alatan kawalan diri yang boleh diakses terus melalui tetapan akaun MSK8 anda:

11 Liability Limit

MSK8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from the use of the MSK8 platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond MSK8's control.
• Loss of data or account information due to a member's own device failure or internet connection issues.
• Unfavourable game outcomes for members, given that all games involve inherent risk.
• Actions by third parties, including payment providers or game providers, that may affect your MSK8 experience.

Under no circumstances shall MSK8's maximum liability exceed the total net deposits you have made into your MSK8 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to Terms

MSK8 berhak untuk meminda, mengemas kini atau menggantikan mana-mana bahagian Terma & Syarat ini pada bila-bila masa mengikut budi bicara mutlak kami. Sebarang pindaan yang material akan dimaklumkan kepada ahli melalui notis dalam platform MSK8 atau melalui e-mel yang didaftarkan sekurang-kurangnya 7 hari sebelum ia berkuat kuasa, kecuali dalam kes perubahan mendesak berkaitan keselamatan atau undang-undang.

Penggunaan berterusan platform MSK8 selepas tarikh kuat kuasa pindaan bermakna anda menerima dan bersetuju dengan terma yang telah dipinda tersebut. Sekiranya anda tidak bersetuju dengan sebarang pindaan, anda mempunyai hak untuk menutup akaun anda dan mengeluarkan baki dana yang layak sebelum tarikh kuat kuasa pindaan berkenaan.

Terma & Syarat MSK8 ini ditadbir dan ditafsirkan mengikut undang-undang Malaysia. Sebarang pertikaian yang timbul daripada atau berkaitan dengan terma ini hendaklah diselesaikan melalui rundingan bona fide antara pihak-pihak terlebih dahulu sebelum sebarang tindakan undang-undang diambil.
